From my initial contact with Bespoke to the consultation today, I have felt nothing but support and understanding. I suffer significant and severe dental anxiety, so I avoid it altogether… Would obviously not recommend this at all, because by the time I make it to a dentist, I’m usually facing an extraction. This is the first dentist I’ve been to that doesn’t just want to pull my teeth out. Dr Khalil and his assistant today were amazing. Comforting, patient, and talked me through everything. Dr Khalil has exemplary ‘bedside’ manner, showing me compassion whilst educating me on my options. I now have a path forward to managing ongoing issues and also caring holistically for my dental health. It is so important to do so. As an anxious person, this was one of the best dentist visits I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t feel judged, and the transparency from the wonderful Dr Khalil meant that I knew exactly what was happening and when. Thank you, Dr Khalil, for allowing me space to process, for your warmth and kindness, and for not choosing extraction as the only option for me when every other dentist does. Amy excels in her role as Practice Manager. She is informative, professional, supportive and understanding and provided me with so much comfort right from booking to paying for my appointment. Bespoke truly shines with their beautiful front desk staff, so thank you to Amy & Hayley for their care today.
