Interest-Free Payment Plans
After your initial new patient examination, if complex or high-cost treatment is recommended, we can discuss the possible option of a short-term payment plan. With an initial deposit, we’ll create a personalised payment plan to help you begin treatment promptly. This arrangement can be confirmed with your clinician or our practice manager
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
As your appointment time is reserved especially for you, cancellations made within 24 hours, or appointments missed without notice, may incur a cancellation fee. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
