The receptionists at Bespoke Dental are the most friendly and helpful I have experienced, and it makes a genuine difference that the same professionalism is expressed by all staff. I was told today I don’t need to come back until my 6 month checkup and I was sad not to be back…which never happens at the dentist usually!! Thankyou again for your excellent caring approach 🩷.

My partner researched dental practices in Canberra to find one that would suit me, as I have Complex PTSD and ADHD. I have not been disappointed and feel very well looked after by Dr Aqel and the entire team.

They truly provide the level of service they advertise on their website. The whole team—from the dentists through to the reception staff, are high-integrity, warm, and intelligent people.

I’ve always said I hate going to the dentist… but Bespoke Dental has completely ruined that excuse.
From the moment you walk in, the front-of-house team are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely make you feel at ease. They remember you, have a laugh with you, and make the whole experience so much less stressful and they somehow make you forget why you were nervous in the first place.

The clinic is spotless, modern, and professional, and the whole team goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
The dentists are gentle, explain everything clearly without making you feel guilty for leaving your check-up a little longer than you should have (I’m a shocker for this)!! They genuinely care about their patients!

I never thought I’d say this, but they’ve actually made going to the dentist a pleasant experience.
So thanks, Bespoke Dental. You’ve completely destroyed my lifelong excuse of “I hate the dentist.”. Now I’ll have to come up with a new excuse for avoiding appointments!

I had such a fantastic experience from start to finish. Dr Jamil and his dental assistant Hannah were both absolutely wonderful, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The reception team, including clinic manager Amy, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the whole process, always happy to answer any and every question I had. Everyone was professional, friendly and made everything feel completely seamless. Couldn’t recommend the whole team highly enough!

From my initial contact with Bespoke to the consultation today, I have felt nothing but support and understanding.
I suffer significant and severe dental anxiety, so I avoid it altogether… Would obviously not recommend this at all, because by the time I make it to a dentist, I’m usually facing an extraction.

This is the first dentist I’ve been to that doesn’t just want to pull my teeth out. Dr Khalil and his assistant today were amazing. Comforting, patient, and talked me through everything. Dr Khalil has exemplary ‘bedside’ manner, showing me compassion whilst educating me on my options. I now have a path forward to managing ongoing issues and also caring holistically for my dental health. It is so important to do so.

As an anxious person, this was one of the best dentist visits I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t feel judged, and the transparency from the wonderful Dr Khalil meant that I knew exactly what was happening and when. Thank you, Dr Khalil, for allowing me space to process, for your warmth and kindness, and for not choosing extraction as the only option for me when every other dentist does.
